Notice on Delivery Times
Dear Customers,
Typically, we process your online orders quickly and efficiently, ensuring you receive your packages within 2 to 3 days after your purchase.
However, due to the impact of the Canada Post strike, delivery times are currently extended. Rest assured, we are now using Purolator to ship your orders. Please anticipate a delivery time of approximately one business week.
We thank you for your understanding and patience. Please know that we are doing everything possible to ship your purchases as quickly as possible.

PLEASE LEAVE THE LABELS ON THE CLOTHES
Each item has its own label. Please leave it in place if you wish to return or exchange an item. If you return an item without its label, the return will not be processed.
IN-STORE PURCHASE
For the holiday season, we have extended our return policy to provide you with greater flexibility. All gift purchases made between November 11, 2024, and December 24, 2024, can be exchanged only until January 10, 2025, inclusively.
Refunds are guaranteed within 10 days for any item* that has not been worn, washed, or altered, and that is returned in perfect resalable condition, in its original packaging, with a valid receipt.
No items can be returned or exchanged between Black Friday and Cyber Monday (November 29, 2024, to December 2, 2024), nor on December 26 and 27.
All refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
For hygiene reasons, underwear, GROOM products, shoe care products, perfumes, watches, jewelry, caps and head accessories, ties, pocket squares, swimwear, and socks are FINAL SALE items and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Please note that discounted and/or promotional* items purchased in-store are exchangeable only under the criteria mentioned above.

ONLINE PURCHASE
Free Shipping and Return with the purchase of 150$ and more for CANADA only*
We guarantee the refund of any online purchase discounted less than 49%, provided the item has not been worn or washed, is returned in perfect resale condition in its original packaging, and accompanied by the electronic receipt within 30 days of the online purchase.
*For orders of $150 or more before taxes, a free return label is included with the order. For orders under $150, a $12 + tax shipping fee will be applied. Returns can be made for free in-store or at the customer's expense via mail.
*For in-store pickup option, it is mandatory to wait for confirmation that your order is ready for pickup and to present the order invoice along with an identification document.
*For orders placed via Sezzle, payments will stop and any amount already paid will be refunded via Sezzle. Please allow 2 business days for us to process the refund.
Please note that refunds to credit cards may take up to 7 business days to appear on your bank statement.

Items purchased online at discounts greater than 49% are only exchangeable in-store. If items greater than 49% off are returned to us by mail, you will be refunded on an M2 electronic gift card for the value of the items. Additionally, a $12 + tax fee will be charged.
Excessive returns: To ensure a pleasant and efficient shopping experience for our customers, we carefully monitor returns. In cases of excessive returns or fraud, please note that we will apply a 20% fee. Additionally, we reserve the right to limit or refuse a return.
Pre-order: Pre-sale items have estimated delivery times indicated on the item page. These times are estimates provided by our partners and may vary. We make every effort to meet these deadlines, but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. In the event of a significant delay, we will keep you informed of the progress of your order and it will be possible for you to cancel your order if you wish.

We guarantee a refund or exchange on any item that has not been worn or washed and is returned in perfect resalable condition in its original packaging along with the electronic receipt within 30 days of the online purchase.
Any refunds will be made in the original form of payment used.

A free return label is included with your package* (only for orders of 150$ and more before taxes) and can be used if you wish to return an item. Please use the original electronic invoice by circling the items you are returning, stating the reason for the return and using the return label provided.
Be careful not to throw away your return label!
Carefully pack your return item in its original packaging, if possible!
We recommend that you use a shipper that can be tracked. We are not responsible for packages sent and not received through an untraceable provider.

Once your item is received, allow approximately 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Also, please allow a few days for your financial institution to process it.
Terms and Conditions
This gift card can only be used at one of the M2 stores and on the website www.m2boutiques.com.
Present your gift card at the checkout during the transaction or enter the number in the gift card payment box on the website.
Any remaining balance can be used for your next purchase. This gift card can be reloaded. This gift card is non-refundable. The remaining value is printed on the purchase receipt and can be checked in-store.
The sale of a gift card is not taxable. When used to pay for a purchase, it serves as a form of payment akin to cash. Therefore, taxes must be calculated on the price of each item sold before deducting the gift card's value.
Gift cards are excluded from any promotions. When a minimum amount is required for the application of a promotional code, this amount must be reached before taxes and delivery charges, excluding gift cards.
The traditional gift card purchased online at www.m2boutiques.com will be delivered free of charge within 4 to 7 business days in Canada and within 10 business days in the United States.
M2 Boutiques Inc. is not responsible for loss, theft, or unauthorized use of the card. This card is worthless until paid for and activated by M2 Boutiques Inc. Protect this card as you would cash.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
